Listen now (16 min) | When looking into what makes humans tick, we can’t exactly rely on psychic powers to see what people are doing upstairs.Interestingly enough, when I was going through a difficult breakup and trying to heal, I did a deep dive into all the psychology behind it. I found so much of it pretentious, taking about ego, shadows, my relationships with my parents, etc.
Please can you give your opinion on the how we achieve these states? like happiness?
If we do these things, and simply just learn about ourselves, and apply what we know, then that would be the end of depression? no depressed people at office retreats or in the military?
I will say that knowing something will allow for experience to have a better direction. So saying "simply" is dangerous, as anyone who learns about trauma within themselves will say that it is anything other than "simple" to deal with.
It's an ecosystem in my opinion, a harmony of things together that require us to balance and check up on regularly. Like hygiene or fitness. We must exercise certain types of muscles least they atrophy. Or we need to maintain hygiene by regularly maintaining ourselves with washing clothes and body, clipping nails, cutting hair, etc. We need to isolate certain parts, other parts require more or less maintenance, a lot of it is individual and requires adjustments based on environment, history and goals.
I will be tackling as much as I can, step by step.
For now, the question I ask you to put forward are the questions in your mind that perhaps you want addressed sooner rather than later, and I'll try address them in the audio notes asap.

Hey Steve, absolutely I can give my perspective.
